Tasting Notes

The cheese is whipped to a creamy consistency, lightly salted then infused with organic fresh French tarragon.

The tarragon gives it an almost sweet aniseed flavour.

Delicious with very fresh herbaceous, eat with olive oil & good bread or simply on its own.
