"the winemakers cheese" Vigneron is a wonderful cheese, pleasantly earthy. This cheese was created to showcase the vine leaves and wines from our vineyard, Coriole in McLaren Vale.

Tasting Notes
We specially select vine leaves to wrap the young cheeses in and gently wash the cheese with a 2004 Wooded Chardonnay.
When ripe this cheese will ooze a velvety paste and give you an exceptionally pleasing
mouthfill, full of complexity.
You can eat the leaves, but that is a matter of taste!
The cheese comes about a little accidentally. By way of a cheesemaker v winemaker challenge "how about making us a special cheese" the winemaker challenged and this was the result, marrying our cheese and wine.
